First Camping trip 2009
We went on our first camping trip of the year.. and it was great, as always!
Ben's favorite parts of camping were:
1. fishing - "even if the fish didn't want to eat the worm"
2. s'mores - ben loves him some s'mores
3. sleeping in his sleeping bag
4. FLASHLIGHTS!
Ben enjoyed fishing so much - like all kids.. he wanted to reel it in to make sure his bait was still there. Pete has plans on taking him down to the park or over to the lake in the next week.

Hey Ben!
Nightcrawlers are the best bait! My dad used to take me fishing (we had a little boat in Illinois) and he liked to use maggots for bait. I think maggots are gross. Stick to the nightcrawlers.
Next time you come to visit, we'll play on an awesome swingset!
